Business Services Manager

Our team is the key operations function within the business, supporting all our sales consultants, clients and contractors.

A core function within the Business Services Team is our Contractor Service, where we aim to provide a daily world class service to our contractors.

What I do

My role involves various financial responsibilities such as contractor payroll, accounts receivable and credit control, banking and invoicing. In addition to this, I specialise in Contractor Management consisting of raising and issuing contracts, processing and validating timesheets and supporting the contractors, our consultants and their clients.

I am a key point of contact between our Consultants and their contractors and therefore ensure we provide the best possible service. Additionally we oversee the smooth running of the office, managing all manner of things from IT support, meeting and greeting clients, ensuring supplies are fully stocked and generally keeping everything working like clockwork.
