    Ops Capability & Planning Program Manager (PMPMOPS77)

    Location: London, England  |  Contract Type: Contract  |   |  Salary: £80,000 - £81,000 / annum

    The role is working in a global business and technology leader, innovating in research and development to shape the future of society at large. Working in a company always innovating and thinking ahead.

    The team is looking for a thoughtful, analytical, and highly energetic individual to fill a key program management role to support the Ops Capability & Planning Team, to enable a coordinated Project Management function and ensure high quality delivery and rigor for the key initiatives for service improvements, optimization & efficiencies, along with the programmatic deployment of new Ops services.

    This role will work closely with the Operations Director and other key Ops stakeholders to help drive the key Ops initiatives to support WW priority programs.

    * Setup and management of "Project Management Program" for initiatives including governance model as required
    * Establish engagement plans for new program/project initiatives for intake, evaluation and execution
    * Establish PM structure for management and continual evolution of PM programs
    * Ongoing Project Planning & execution; budget, time, risk, scope and escalation management, reporting and status presentation
    * Define and track Project Deliverables, holding project team members accountable on committed deliverables & deadlines
    * Manage projects in an international organization and within a virtual teams
    * Establish a project request & prioritization process
    * Define, implement and maintain standardized project reporting structure
    * Engagement with project team, key stakeholders and sponsors
    * Prepare Decision matrix for senior management
    * Adherence to quality standards

    Technical Experience Required:
    *Setting up of PM functions
    *Project Management
    *Project Planning
    *Customer Success / Optimisation /Customer Adoption / Customer environments, networks, and software
    *Cloud / Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, Skype for Business, SharePoint including OneDrive for Business and Yammer), Azure Rights Management Premium, Azure Active Directory Premium and Intune.

    Contract Details:
    *12 Months
    *Full time remote
    *14 hours a week paid to train or take certifications / upskill etc
    *Working on all the latest MS packages
