    Pro Audio - Live & Installed Sound Design and Sales
    Professional Audio / Pro Audio / Live Sound
    South England£40-45K salary, bonus, car and benefits

    Immediate role for a Pro Audio Sales Manager or Business Development Manager with detailed knowledge of live and installed sound products, to join a UK pro audio business and lead on design and sales of mixing desks, consoles and DSP products.

    Based in the South of England, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients across live music venues, hotels, houses of worship, corporate venues and rental businesses, as well as providing system designs and technical specs for their installation projects.

    This includes managing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, understanding client requirements, designing and advising on suitable system set ups and managing the sales process.

    The team are looking for someone who has strong knowledge of consoles and DSP products, knows how to design a system / project and has some business development experience.

    For example this would suit someone who has a background in sound engineering and installation with some sales experience, or someone with solid pro audio sales experience, looking for more freedom and responsibility and a role with more emphasis on technical system specification.

    You'll get a warm start with a good amount of existing / repeat customers, and the excellent reputation of the brand itself is enough to generate business development opportunities.

    As the Live & Installed Sound Specialist, you'll be responsible for -

    -Increasing market share via business development activity
    -Identifying new customers and sales opportunities
    -Advising on and designing systems to fit your client's requirements
    -Managing relationships, and account management for existing customers
    -Demonstrating a range of pro audio products
    -Representing the company at audio trade shows and industry events
    -Visiting new and existing customers in person
    -Developing training courses for selected customers
    -Creating sales and marketing reports

    The person I'm looking for -

    -Has excellent technical knowledge of live and installed sound products, including consoles, mixing desks and DSP products
    -Already has some experience in a sales or business development role for a pro audio company
    -Builds long term relationships
    -Can identify and maximise sales opportunities
    -Has a good technical understanding of pro audio products and understands which products are suitable for different settings and customers
    -Can advise on and develop system designs, specifications and technical specs
