    IT Service Desk Analyst - Centre of Bristol (APJ SDA)

    Location: Bristol, England  |  Contract Type: Permanent  |   |  Salary: £20,000 - £24,000

    IT Service Desk Analyst - Bristol - up to £24,000

    A great opportunity for an IT service desk analyst to join a leading law firm in the centre of Bristol has recently arisen.

    Ideally you will have similar experience - within a commercial or highly regulated environment.

    You'll be joining one of the fastest growing Law firms in the UK - and will become an important team player in the growing service desk department.


    *Being available to take phone calls from external clients and internal employees
    *Utilising time on the phone effectively to meet KPI targets and SLA's
    *Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
    *Logging all incidents in the IT Service Management tool, ensuring appropriate detail is captured and updated throughout the incident lifecycle.
    *Ensuring incidents are logged and managed in line with all documented departmental and firm policy and procedures. Our client are ISO27001 (Information Security) certified and use the ITIL best practice framework for IT Service Management.
    *Investigating technical issues and implementing documented and approved workarounds to ensure our clients are as productive as possible.
    *Following escalation processes to ensure incidents are assigned to the relevant team/individual to ensure incidents are resolved in an efficient and timely manner.

    Previous experience in:

    *Experience working within a professional and busy IT Service Desk.
    *Excellent customer service skills, telephone manner and written communication skills.
    *Ability to remain calm under pressure.
    *Ability to work with people at all levels, and an excellent team member.
    *Working experience of ITIL and ISO270001 processes and procedures.
