The Role:

As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless deployment and support of laptop infrastructure. Your responsibilities will involve managing laptop builds, stock, and ensuring efficient deployment of users. This role requires a strong grasp of IT and Windows systems, coupled with excellent communication skills to deliver clear and concise instructions to users. Your professionalism, punctuality, and adeptness in customer interactions will be vital in maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Laptop Infrastructure Management: Oversee laptop builds, stock management, and deployment processes.
• User Support: Provide hands-on support for IT issues and efficiently deploy users, maintaining a high level of service delivery.
• Communication Skills: Articulate and convey technical instructions clearly and professionally to users.
• Customer Interaction: Engage confidently and effectively with customers, exhibiting strong interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in laptop build processes, stock management, and user deployment.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, particularly Windows, and adeptness in technical support.
