Administration of Exchange online and Azure AD at a platform level, ensuring the correct level of access is delegated to users as per their role in the organisation. Specifically:
Delegated Administration of all of Azure Active Directory (AAD) services. Including B2B and B2C.
Implementation of Service principles, App registrations, management of SMAL providers.
Delegated Management of all IDAM services including security, Conditional Access, auditing & MCAS.
Exchange online platform level requests and changes
Monitor tickets logged in our IT Service Management System and prioritise these in relation to the set SLA agreement in place with the suppliers.
Point of escalation for end users, if EUE provider (currently DXC) are unable to resolve
Investigate identified problems whilst keeping in contact with the customer and logging notes in the IT Service Management System.
To carry out regular capacity and performance monitoring and reporting of key systems.
Support the investigation and implementation of features made available on the O365 platform.
Monitor overall platform health, including monitoring of Security Compliance Centre
coach and mentor junior team members, and assist in the provision of first-class services and consistent levels of capability as required by the organisation
Knowledge and skills
What knowledge is needed to be able to undertake the responsibilities of the role?
SME level knowledge of Exchange online, with Good extensive knowledge on Azure active directory and other O365 services
Management and governance of 3rd parties and suppliers.
Demonstrable Experience of the MS Network upload tool for PST migrations in O365.
Demonstrable experience of moving data between mailboxes in Exchange online.
Experience of Intune, MCAS and CAS
Experience of E-Discovery
