COVID 19
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, we are following government guidance and response plans to ensure the safety of our workers and business continuity.
The safety of our people is paramount. Since March 2020, we have been operating remotely in line with Government advice to protect the welfare of our staff. Some team members continue to work from our head offices for business-critical reasons, but the majority are working remotely using secure cloud-based systems.
For the safety of those business-critical team members still working in our head office, we have introduced a booking system to limit numbers, introduced a test and trace system, ensured regular office deep cleans and put in place social distancing measures.
We are continuously reviewing our action plan as lockdown and local restrictions change, to ensure both the safety of our teams and continued service to our customers.
Our teams are following and regularly reviewing the government's advice to work from home where possible and have secure access to all operating systems.
We have undertaken full risk assessments of our offices and developed plans to manage the risks of Covid-19.
We have suspended all non-essential travel for our teams.
All staff members are equipped with hardware and secure access to databases to work effectively wherever they are.
We have put policies in place which cover appropriate ways of working securely from home, to ensure the confidentiality and protection of all data processed.
Our IT systems are set up to suit a remote workforce and offer secure cloud access.
We have devised business continuity plans to protect our teams and minimise any interruptions to our clients and business operations.
With recovery plans in place, we are continuing to be resilient and minimise single points of failure to ensure a highly efficient and secure service.
