Client Case Study - Software And App Development

One of our clients is a globally recognised lifestyle app company. Jon was instrumental in the setting up of their headquarters, recruiting most of their technology team. The company have grown significantly since they started and key to the successful management of their recruitment process has been our agile approach. Use People Source for technical recruitment because it saves a lot of time & effort to develop one really good relationship

How do you currently work with People Source [describe the journey from initial contact…]

I speak to Jon every day, 3-4 times a day - I harass People Source! As a client we are awkward e.g. constantly changing our minds and Jon is always patient and lovely.

How would you describe what they offer / what are they known for?

They save me time, e.g. they’ve taken technical testing off my hands. They help e.g. they supported us with a legal case

What do they do well?

They take the effort out; They do what I say. Favoured because People Source listen to my needs, they send less crap which in turn is less boring to manage!

Any barriers to working more with People Source?

Pressure from IT teams who listen to industry gossip and assume that there are more permanent mobile development candidates in the market than there actually are and puts HR under pressure to use other agencies to find these people… I however believe/trust People Source when they say they are sending all appropriate candidates and will defend them to IT teams.

What could they [a recruiter] do to help you more?

Carry on doing what they are doing / help me keep up with technical knowledge
