Client Case Study - Retail & E-Commerce

Rob Wright has an extensive background recruiting for the retail sector, especially within e-commerce and m-commerce. One of his clients is a true market leader in the retail industry and dates back to the late 1800’s. Granted, we haven’t been recruiting for them that long, but Rob has been instrumental in implementing their technology and marketing teams over the last 5 years.

Relationship management has underpinned the success with this client. Rob knows their culture inside out and has a solid understanding of their systems, processes and strategies. This means they can call him with a requirement and he will not only know what they are looking for, but with his extensive network of tech talent, can probably shortlist suitable candidates before the call is done.
