How do you work with them [the journey]?

Send Simon the job spec > he screens CVs and sets up interviews. Simon knows his stuff and lets me know within 48 hours if he struggling. I always give Simon first bite; use a couple of other niche agencies but prefer to stick with him. Simon is my main contact but I get the same level of service from the rest of the team.

What do they do well?

They pull out all the stops to provide good level of candidates. They know the types of people / personality we like so we get a good fit. They take pride in their work, get in with you quickly, and keep you up to speed.

What makes People Source different or better?

Team approach, communication, don’t have the “not my department” attitude. We get on well. There seems a sense of camaraderie – as opposed to other agencies’ killer instinct where you feel it’s just about the numbers [CVs and commission]
