Trainee Recruitment Consultants £18kpa dual desk
You will embark on a structured training programme, learning all aspects of the role and understanding what makes the best recruitment consultants. You will be trained to build your own client base and to find candidates with very rare and in demand skills.This will involve searching our database, numerous online job boards and fielding advert response. You will also get involved with head hunting and using social media tools. Typically it will take you between 6-12 months to gain promotion to Recruitment Consultant. We are looking for high energy individuals with the desire to be the best and a track record of success in either education, sport or work. Previous experience in sales in not essential as you will be given full training.
Principal Consultants - to £35kpa plus the best commission and dual desk
If you have a proven track record in I.T. Recruitment and have worked the full lifecycle we would be interested in hearing from you. You will have no limitations on geographic territory or vertical markets and will recruit in both the Contract and Permanent sectors for your clients. You will receive 20%-30% commission of everything you bill with no thresholds or ceilings to your earnings.
You will need to have the ability to forge strong, meaningful relationships with your clients, based on honesty and first class delivery. This means you have to be able to step up a gear or two when required and be thorough in all your communications. You will dual-desk both Permanent and Contract positions so you have to be adaptable and able to multi-task. In return we offer a competitive basic salary, an unrivalled commission structure which ranges from 20% to 30%.Associate Director - to £50kpa plus profit share, personal and office commission
