I run the People Source Broadcast Division, a hugely successful and growing Technical IT and Engineering Recruitment division of People Source.

Day to day I manage a team of expert recruiters and search professionals in the Connected TV, Connected Home and TV App industries.

What I do


I am a Recruitment Director of the Broadcast Division within People Source. I manage a team of expert recruiters and search professionals in the Connected TV, Connected Home and TV App industries.

A true specialist with broad and strong experience in all aspects of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Research, Head-Hunting, Search & Selection and Resourcing, Social Engineering, Social Media Marketing and Strategies. My recruitment expertise encompasses Operational and Managerial Recruitment expertise up to C-Level.

Taking my role further than this, I have also built up a network of blogs, forums and groups on LinkedIn and various social network platforms related to this industry. I have a genuine passion for Broadcast and Digital TV Industry, stemming from my time spent at University.

We build end-to-end teams of people to deliver projects, on time and in budget.
