In an ever-changing market, flexible resources can provide the specialist skills required without the long term commitment. Whether a project is running behind schedule, or you need more people to deliver a specific piece of work, contractors can be cost effective. With no national insurance, holiday, sick Pay or pension payments to make, the difference between a permanent salary and a contract rate can be surprisingly small. 

We pride ourselves on our ability to find the right contractor, preferably someone who is local. We always try to get the right balance between negotiating the best deal for our client and paying the contractor a fair rate so that they are happy to take an extension if offered. 

We make sure everything is taken care of from an administration and payroll point of view so they contractors can be 100% focused on the job at hand. We recognise that contractors are our customers too, and we offer them a personal service to make sure everything runs smoothly with timesheet authorisations and payments. Every contractor has a dedicated contact.

When you require a contractor, usually you need them to be onsite yesterday! We can act very quickly; if necessary, assigning a team of people to search every one of our databases and shortlisting available and suitable candidates within 12 hours. We have the ability to pool resources when clients need several people to start at the same time, which means we can handle large resource projects at short notice.
