Candidate referral scheme

We always need exceptional candidates to fill roles and, from our experience, good people tend to know other good people. 

If you refer a friend or colleague to us for a vacancy on our website and who we subsequently place in that role, we reward you.

Reward Scheme:

Salary level        up to £24,999                         we pay you  £100

                        £25,001 to £49,999                 we pay you  £250

                        £50,000 to £99,999                 we pay you  £350
                        £100k+                                   we pay you £500

All you need is to send us an email to info@peoplesource.co.uk with a name and contact number. Please put REFERRAL in the subject line.

Terms and Conditions

1. Payments will be made when the candidate has passed any rebate period or probationary period (typically 8-12 weeks).
2. The person referred must not already be on our database or have been contacted within the last 12 months.
